Last month was exciting as we closed on our spec home turned custom build. The buyers joined us at the perfect time and were able to select their own fixtures and finishes to create the home of their dreams.

This mudroom is a beautiful blend of form and function with tile floors and a custom built in. We look forward to seeing jackets and backpacks hung on those hooks as the family gets comfortable in their new home.

When the Schuster’s stately Victorian was divide

When the Schuster’s stately Victorian was divided into a two-family home, the matching glass doors and arched transom were removed from this wall. The wall was sealed off, creating a divide between the main house and its apartment.
Now that we are restoring the sister doorway, this entrance is going to be a showstopper once again.
